The filter is programmed this way :
ON : Doit correspondre à tous les critères suivants (must match all following
 criterias)
"From" "contient (containing)" "21"
"From" "contient (containing)" "hotmail"
Action : Supprimer le message du serveur (drop message from serveur)

I am still receiving mesage from  : "Ryan" <aspen21fountain hotmail com>

I mentionned that this spammer is allway using "21" somewhere in the name and spams \
