According to Reinhold Kainhofer:
When the message is loaded from an IMAP server, the subject is shown in the progress \
bar, and an <img> in the subject is shown as a black box.

Fix:
Escape any HTML tags in the message subject that's displayed in the progress bar.

I had a quick look at the IMAP files (kmfolderimap.cpp, imapjob.cpp, kmacctimap.cpp, \
imapaccountbase.cpp) but I couldn't find the ProgressItem::setStatus call where the \
subject is set as status text. I guess Till will know where to look. ;-) \
