I don't intend to commit this code if it is worthless for you. However I 
would like you to consider seriously the loss of transparency having only 
one File into Folder filter action with copy behavior.

Most of the logging is done inside the filter rules and filter actions. So 
this change should be quite easy compared to the other things like IMAP 
folder handling etc.
