I have a p.12 certificate from my mail-provider. If i try to import this to kmail, i \
get the message, that the encryption is failed (after i wrote the correct \
passphrase). The import with the KgpgCertManager works fine.

The certificate comes from web.de.

They are no extra plugins loaded.
