You have to do this only for one of them and they'll all be alife again.

It looks like they are already reloaded as soon as you open the "Configure Toolbar" \
dialog because if you change the icon of a filter, it will already be updated in the \
list then. It doesn't help though because the toolbar isn't saved if you don't change \
them. Maybe even adding or removing a totally unrelated item helps. \
