So this is a rather standard smtp-error, not really a bugreport. It indicates that \
you are probably using a wrong smtp-server (in most cases you need to use the \
smtp-server of the provider which provides the internet connection).

Please provide some more English details (used smtp-protocol, have you ever been able \
to send to this address, are you able to send to non-hotmail and \
non-wanadoo-addresses, did you recently switch to kmail, etc) if you think this is a \
valid bug. 

For now I think this can be closed because it seems not kmail related, but smtp / \
