I have my signing key setup I have used both builtin gpgme and external one 0.4.7 both do the same thing. Also, kmail wants newpg 0.9.6, there is no such thing. 0.9.4 is newest. I tried again once I started kwatchgnupg nothing shows up in kwatchgnupg log either.
