Patch to turn the To:, CC: BCC: and Reply-To: lables into buttons

This patch adds the functionality as proposed in the wish. If a HeaderLine has
a button it will be displayed on the left side. A click on the button opens the
address book.

Please comment on this patch. As this is my first patch, I probably can improve
it :-)
