KMail currently offers excellent support for custom reply/forward text, with \
multi-language and many codes for inserting date, subject, sender, etc.

I suggest adding %d for inserting GMT date and time. This would be useful for \
international projects.

Since I often switch between different languages for reply/forward text, I would also \
like it if there was a language selector in Composer windows that could be toggled on \
and off (like the Identity and Mail transport selectors). \
