Yes, it's detected at runtime. But KDE 3.2 will not work with libidn >= 0.3 (0.3.7 at \
least is verified NOT to work). A fix has already been applied and can be retrieved \
from CVS. It will also be included in KDE 3.2.1.

libidn 0.2 is OK (sonames 6 through 10).
