Don't know if this is redundant information for you developers - however - when I \
start kmail in the console, I get the following lines (I added comments after the # \
                character):

khtml (part): DONE: 62	# after this I activate the inbox.lock folder...
khtml (part): DONE: 6
kmail: enable progress
khtml (part): DONE: 9
kio (KIOJob): error 11 inbox.lock
khtml (part): DONE: 19
kio (Slave): killing slave pid=2214 (imap://tapler.com)
kmail: enable progress
*** KMail got signal 11 (Crashing)

And some additional note: When I refresh the IMAP folder (by using the context menu: \
Refresh), the inbox.lock folder is not shown any more. When I press OK, the \
inbox.lock folder also disappears from the folder tree in KMail and you don't get the \
chance any more to provoke the crash. _______________________________________________
