Summary: generate a filter report after filtering incoming
messages
Product: kmail
Version: unspecified
Platform: Debian testing
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: wishlist
Priority: NOR
Component: general
AssignedTo: kmail@kde.org
ReportedBy: eldoc@gmx.net
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1.4)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
A useful feature for users subscribed to a lot of mailing lists:
A filter report in a pop-up or extra window could show the user where and how many \
messages have been filtered to which folder. Infomation needed would be: folder, \
number of messages and time.
So you always know where the last fetched mails were filterd to.
Together with a automatic marking as read (see \
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=69223) this could increase the filtering \
usability.
Thanks.
