The current behaviour is seriously counterintuitive. When I have *any* email, \
clicking the Reply button in the default KMail toolbar should 'do the right thing', \
which for *all* messages is to use the Reply-To header. If I want to reply to just \
the author, I can (and should) use the dropdown list and select that option \
specifically.

I personally think that using R for "reply via reply-to" and something else for \
"reply to author" would be better than the current defaults, but that doesn't bother \
me nearly as much since I rarely control KMail with the keyboard. \
