Is the 'configure toolbar' option missing in the 3.2beta1 release? I couldn't find it anywhere, I've bene right-clicking each place, to check if it's a bug with teh right-click menu or the options's just disabled.

It's not even visible in the settings tab, so I guess it has been left out accidentally.
