You can configure your toolbar, you can configure your keyboard shortcuts (there's no \
problem in binding F to forward as inline).
Why is forward as "attachement" better default?
a) it forwards the message intact
- signature
- word wrapping
- headers
- encryption
b) the forwarded message is nicely separated from the new message
c) I get the original message, not just a quote from it as seen good by the mailer
And it's really inline, the content-disposition says "inline". IMO this is really \
sensible default for all modern mail clients. You could also argue that KMail should \
remove accented chars from emails and send as us-ascii because old MS OE chokes on \
this.
