Summary: Folder property: Move reply messages to same folder as
                    original message
           Product: kmail
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kmail@kde.org
        ReportedBy: michael@schuerig.de

Version: 1.5.4 (using KDE 3.1.4)
Installed from: (testing/unstable)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.2 20030908 (Debian prerelease)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.20+preempt+lowlat

For topically organized folders filtering is often impractical. In these cases, it \
would be nice if there was a per folder option to the effect that message sent in \
reply to original messages already in that folder are moved there, too (unless \
overriden by explicit filters).

Say, I have a folder "Linux-general" where I manually put various messages broadly \
related to Linux. Then, when I reply to one of these message, I want the reply to be \
moved to the "Linux-general" folder automatically.
