value is defined as follows:
content := "Content-Type" ":" type "/" subtype
*(";" parameter)
; Matching of media type and subtype
; is ALWAYS case-insensitive.

Note the "ALWAYS case-insensitive". If Mozilla Thunderbird has a problem with \
Text/Plain then that's a bug in Mozilla Thunderbird, but not in KMail. \
