No. We explicitely added the Add to Address Book option because people 
wanted an option which simply adds an email address to the address book 
without popping up any further confirmation dialogs or whatever.

In this case the quotes should be protected during transport for example 
like this: Jan "\"Jasiek\"" Kowalski

KMail currently doesn't do this automatically.
