Now I have idea: Why two entries in this context menu?
Merge them into one: Add/Open in Address Book.

If entry exists open it to edit, if no add to address book
and present message box with choices: 
[Edit Now] [Edit Later]
With default Later - in this way behaviour little:
- user who just want to add entry have the same way - one click
or can instantly fill entry with details
- user who want to edit entry opens it automatically.

Pro:
- one item less in context menu
- no misleading elements in menu (as I wrote Open is associated 
with something which exists - even if not necessary it would be: 
Add To.. -> Open in...; with merged items there is no ambiguity 
(sp?))

Con:
- work to done
- don't see any more

Should I file separate wish?

Hmm. It may depend on typographic rules of languages but eg in 
Polish nicks are written with quotes - Jan "Jasiek" Kowalski
(John "Johnny" Smith). Dropping quotes may cause 
misunderstandings. In your case this is transportation case 
but... OK you know better tech side of this problem.
