Hi,

it would be nice to have a feature for opening up any unix mailbox from harddrive into kmail. This would be eg. very nice for downloading mailinglist archives and copying/viewing mails from it, searching old archived mail, ...
Kmail could use a limited functionality for these mailboxes eg. not handling read/unread etc. so only viewing/searching etc. would be possible.
