------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug, or are watching the assignee. http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=64429 Summary: Autosaved messages deleted without warning Product: kmail Version: unspecified Platform: Debian testing OS/Version: Linux Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general AssignedTo: kmail@kde.org ReportedBy: gaute@verdsveven.com Version: 1.5.9.1i (using KDE KDE 3.1.3) Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages My X server is not stable, so I get to test KMail's autosave and recovery features once in a while ;-) When I restart KMail after an unexpected crash (X crash, usually), messages that were open are usually recovered nicely. However, if I close the window or exit KMail normally, I don't get asked if I want to save the message. It appears that KMail doesn't recognize a recovered message as changed. I would expect KMail to warn me that I'm about to close a changed message, just as if the recovered message was created normally this session. _______________________________________________ KMail Developers mailing list kmail@mail.kde.org http://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kmail
