Yea I know that's not what Datasecurity is but who cares -
it's all for the K ;)

"Message-ID:" and "X-UIDL:" and so on are really equal
eg
diff 1055498964.1506.zwkE 1063287687.1616.qzI5
says - equal!
(as far as i can read them...)

please reopen the Bug or I'll just clean the duobled mails with a perl script 
and maybe publish this one to people who have the same problem...
