Summary: Message count of sent-mail folder does not update after
                    send
           Product: kmail
           Version: 1.5.3
          Platform: SuSE RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kmail@kde.org
        ReportedBy: remko@deos.tudelft.nl

Version: 1.5.3 (using KDE 3.1.3)
Installed from: SuSE
Compiler: gcc version 3.3 20030226 (prerelease) (SuSE Linux)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.20-4GB-athlon

This is a minor bug in KMail that is very easy to reproduce:
1) Look at the message count of sent-mail
2) Create a new message and send it
3) The outbox meesage count shortly says 1, then -,
when the message is moved to the sent-mail folder.
   So far, so good.
4) The message count of the sent-mail folder does NOT
   increase by 1.
5) Click the sent-mail folder and the count suddenly jumps
   up by 1.

So, the message count of the sent-mail folder does not properly increase by one after \
sending a message. This is not really a problem, just an annoyance, and should be \
easy to fix. Interestingly enough the outbox folder does shortly update, so the \
mechanism for doing so appears to exist in the source.

Cheers,
Remko
