I volunteer to do this. It may take a while until I'm familiar enough with 
KMail, KTrader etc. but I should have finished it when KDE3.3 approaches ;-)

For KDE 3.2, a FAQ that describes how to install and use the KSSL plugin seems 
an acceptable solution.
