A lot of people who sacrifice their free time to do it. You're "what the hell 
do you think" attitude is most inappropriate.

How's that? Mine breaks well.

Why should KMail care with what browser "text/html" mimetype is associated? Go 
to your Control Center and change it where it makes sense.
