Summary: Wish: address book entry to override encryption settings
                    for individuals
           Product: kmail
           Version: 1.5
          Platform: RedHat RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kmail@kde.org
        ReportedBy: john@chattanooga.net

Version: 1.5 (using KDE KDE 3.1)
Installed from: RedHat RPMs
OS: Linux

I have some friends who use a "broken" email client which cannot properly handle GPG \
signed messages. I have GPG signature on by default and it's a mild aggravation to \
disable it every time I email this friend. What I am proposing is that KMail have a \
checkbox in the address book to override the default encryption settings to 1)ALWAYS \
SIGN, 2) Never sign, 3) Always encrypt or 4) NEVER encrypt to this particular email \
address. This would override the default crypto settings in KMail.

I'm sure this isn't as easy as it sounds, so I'll understand if this gets shot down, \
but I think it would be a nice enhancement for KMail, especially since we're having \
to deal with such a "MicroSoft-Centric" world.... \
