Version:           kmail 1.5.3 (kde 3.1.3-0.9x.4 redhat) (using KDE KDE 3.1.3)

steps to reproduce:
1. open kmail, view a mail.

if the mail is short all is ok.
if the email is so long that the right scrollbar appears, the header (easely seen \
with fancy header) displays under the scrollbar, this makes the botton scrollbar \
appear. also textwrapping will not be done correctly, text will display under the \
right scrollbar.

this bug has not been in the version of kmail that came with 3.1.2
