Probably. The dropdown indicates that we have multiple actions with the 
same keyboard shortcut. The duplication of actions has to be fixed. But 
not by simply changing the name of one of the duplicates. Please revert 
your commit and, if you have the time, try to remove the action 
duplication. I think the actions should be registered in the top level 
windows, i. e. in KMMainWin and in KMReaderMainWin, and not in 
KMMainWidget and KMReaderWin (which is used as sub-widget of 
KMMainWidget and thus causes the duplicate actions).
