I'm not sure how related all these are. What they have in common is that they names and that they 
are organized in a tree structure. That seems like a fairly weak relationship.  Personally, I use To 
Do lists, mail folders, and the time tracker each for separate things.

The KArm project is already trying to address some of this, though. It includes "Import Events" and 
"Import To Do" functions (in CVS). They didn't work when I tried them, but they are meant to 
import from KOrganizer.
