I'm sorry, there's no help there. Your backtrace doesn't contain any information 
because your KDE was compiled without debugging symbols. I am forced to close 
this bug due to lack of information 
 
Does it happen on every KDE program on only on KMail? Can you please try 
upgrading to 3.1.2 and testing? There was a nasty bug in one of the earlier versions 
related to printing that has already been corrected.
