After upgrading to XFree86_4.3.0 I have problem with kmail.

eMails are displayed "invisible" in the preview pane aswell as
in the view window when I'm doing a double-click on the message list
pane. I know there is text "displayed", but it's white on white.  :-|  
I can confirm this as when I doing a <cntrl+a> it selects text
and I can see the text by copying it to a editor.

What went wrong?

I already played with setting different colours but that did not
solve the problem.
