When using kmail to read a gpg signed message and the key is trusted it shows a green frame around the message to indicate the signature is valid. If however, the signature is modified within the mailbox file so its invalidated, kmail will not show any frames around the message as though it was not signed at all. Even though the view source option clearly shows the BEGIN GPG headers. I would have expected it to say that the signature is invalid instead of not displaying it at all.
