Hi all,

I'm checking in a patch to the groupware wizard that makes it run before 
KMail really starts up. It also fixes some crappy hacks in the groupware 
config code and makes the wizard do stuff to the setup of korganizer and 
kaddressbook (if the user wants it).

This is just a heads up because you will see the wizard when you first 
start kmail after compiling this. Just cancel out the wizard and you 
won't see it again.

As I've said before, the wizard is a very crude beginning of something 
that's been missing in KMail for quite some time. I suggest that we 
rename it to startupwizard.* and that it gets extended with more KMail 
setup. It probably also needs attention to work properly with kontact.

This is the first part of a bunch of merges coming from kroupware branch.
