Recent upgrade 3.0 -> 3.1, some new behaviour has been found :)

Previously I wasn't able to decrypt in KMail some types of PGP email, all good with the new gpg plugins as it now works.  However, replies do not quote the text.

If using local mbox, it seems to work, but when replying to messages in my IMAP mailbox, it does not, unless the text is selected first before reply (http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=44106).

This is not expected behaviour :)  I would expect it to quote all of the message by default, as it always has, and only a selection when you use a selection.  Quoting none of it, and including the "at such-and-such-a-time you wrote:" header is somewhat disorienting.  I suspect that, since it works with local folders, but not IMAP folders, it may be some kind of bug.
