Start an email, including the recipient in the TO field.

Save in drafts.  Then, edit the message in the drafts folder.  About half the time, the recipient's email address will disappear.  I can't determine what actions make the address disappear, it seems to happen randomly.  But it is often enough that it should be easy to duplicate.
