Hi,

I've already committed all new classes (kaccount, ksubscription in 
libkdenetwork, kmsubscription in kmail) that are needed for the 
subscription-dialog.
To actually activate this stuff you need the attached patch.

Changes:

- kmaccount inherits from kaccount (generic account-class)
- moved listDirectory stuff from kmfolderimap to kmacctimap. As the kroupware 
branch introduced a new abstraction of kmacctimap (ImapAccountBase) I'm not 
sure if my changes are all "in the right place"
- added a "Subscription" action to the rmb-menu of kmfoldertree (is there 
already a patch to get rid of the "if imap" stuff in make_it_cool?)

To the knode-people:
If you need any changes to ksubscription or need any help, please let me know. 
I hope I've documented that class good enough.
