It seems that every time I change to another imap folder, kmail performs a get all \
headers, at least it re-reads the entire folder. On folders with many mails (I have \
folders that contain well over 5,000 mails) this can take up to 15 seconds, which is \
a little annoying.  It would be preferable if kmail would read the folder on first \
entry, and then re-read only when (if?) needed. \
