This would be an extremely nice feature! Right clicking on a message or a 
group of selected messages and being able to select a specific filter from the 
context menu to apply only that filter. One could use spamassassin to report 
false negatives to Vipuls Razor Spamdatabase without having to resort to 
saving and doing this manually and much more. 
Basically one could integrate almost arbitrary programs into KMail this way. I 
would consider this an absolute killer feature for flexibility... and the 
infrastucture is practically completely there already.
