The sticky sent-mail folder value in this case has to override everything
else. Otherwise after editing a message with a X-KMail-* header suddenly a
different value is sticky than before.
If the identity is sticky, this is something different. I think all fields
besides the identity combo box itself should then be overridden by present
headers.
