Ok, but my point is that the question marks are confusing or annoying when you 
put them on every new message.

If the message is signed/encrypted the appropriate icons should be visible, if 
not - they shouldn't. 
So there should be no need for putting question marks at all.

I get the impressen that the question marks are there because when
the line is shown the body isn't parsed yet and so you don't know if it's 
encrypted or not.

I, personally, would prefer to see the "not signed/not encrypted" Icons (that 
is: nothing) in that case and no question marks at all.

But, anyway, that's a personal preference.
