I believe there should be a "Copy Text to Clipboard" entry in the context
menu, too.
I've just explained to my mother how she can copy text out of a mail into the
filter dialog, because she couldn't find it.
Most user search for such an entry in the RMB context menu - simply selecting
the text and MMB to insert is a way, too but it's a way users often forget (as
there is no menu entry describing what to do).

It can *not* be inserted with CTRL+V with a current default KDE installation,
as there are 2 different clipboards now. I believe a "Copy Text to Clipboard"
entry is necessary.
