Michael checked the proposed patch and rejected it because it caused a 
crash under certain circumstances. We will have to come up with an own 
solution which doesn't crash.

The normal "save" icon is now associated with the "Save in Drafts 
Folder" action. So anyone can add it to his toolbar.
