The user SHOULD not have to create those exotic mime parts. There will 
have to be a simple mode which just works like it works now and an 
advanced mode which works like you describe above. Normal users 
shouldn't be bothered with creating multipart-whatever parts. After 
all, all they want to do is attach some files.
