ACK.

Somebody (not me, sorry, no time) should fix that color: Since my last
commit that I promised to make on 06. Sept. 2002 the colorbar's colors
are not better: cannot be misuderstood for crypto colors anymore.

The color or the warning text preceeding the HTMP display is now
named KMReaderWin::cHtmlWarning and can be configured separately
in the Appearance page of KMail's settings.
