What's your execute line for netscape? There are two %-placeholders. One
that indicates that the program can't access the network itself, the
other indicating that the program understands URLs.

Try %u or %U instead of %f.

Subject: clicking kmail link causes copy to a tmp file, Netscape gets local tmp URL \
                instead or Internet URL
From: webmaster@wj.net
X-KDE-Received: -24.167.76.230

Package: kmail
Version: KDE 3.0.0
Severity: normal
Installed from: RedHat RPMs
Compiler: gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.3 2.96-110)
OS: Linux
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified

First, set up file associations to use Netscape for .html type. Clicking a link \
(URL) in Kmail causes a copy to be made from the URL to a tmp file. Then Netscape \
opens a window with the local tmp URL, not the correct Internet URL specified in the \
Kmail link.
