If you can't stand the bug reports and try to reply to them in a kind way,
you better ignore them. Really, that's what everyone does and it works great 
:)

If you don't respond at all, you will notice that someone people start to
look for documentation and even send in another mail half a month later,
what great documentation we have. But if you just piss them off, you won't
get any further. 
e.g. konqueror gets really tons of bug reports every day and there is a 
konq-bugs mailing list which only purpose is to be ignored by the developers.
If developers want to fix bugs, they go their kbugbuster (or bugzilla soon :)
and dig themselves into the bug reports. This way you can relax better.
