FYI, I didn't remove these options from the View menu because I was too
lazy to make the necessary code changes.

They are now enabled by default:
- - config->readNumEntry("UnreadColumn", -1);
- - config->readNumEntry("TotalColumn", -1);
+ config->readNumEntry("UnreadColumn", 1);
+ config->readNumEntry("TotalColumn", 2);
