In KDE 3.1 it will be possible to delete-without-going-via-trash with
Shift-Delete.

Simply bind a key to 'Use fixed font'. I very much doubt that we will
ever make the font folder-dependant.

Package: kmail
Version: 1.4.3 (using KDE 3.0.3 )
Severity: wishlist
Installed from: (testing/unstable)
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.4 20011002 (Debian prerelease)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.18
OS/Compiler notes:

Debian's just got the 3.x packages useable, and the extended folder properties are \
great.

I'd like to request that they be extended even further to allow for the options to :

a) delete messages from a folder without sending it via the trash folder,

b) have fixed-font (recently put in the View menu) set by default for a given folder.

(a) is useful for logcheck style messages where there's no requirement they go via \
the special trash folder. And (b) is useful for mailing lists that use lots of \
tabular information.

I'm not sure (I couldn't find any existing wishlist items like these), but expect \
that a short-cut to delete-without-going-via-trash would also be useful / related. \
Shift-Delete, say.

Cheers,
Jedd.
