I find "New Message to Mailing-List..." kinda awkward. I'm not strictly 
opposing the move, but KNode has it's post action also under Article 
and I think that makes perfect sense, because we're not a 
document-centric application like Kate or KWord. We have two main 
concepts:
1. message
2. folder / list / group

That was quite nicely represented in the Folder and Message menus. Now, 
we pretend to be message-centric, but we aren't. Why is "new folder" 
still under "Folder", but "new message" no longer under "Message"?
Why is "apply filters" under Tools? If you look at what's there in other 
apps (Konq: run command, open terminal, find file, execute shell 
command; everything that is somehow "out of scope" for Konq), you won't 
want to move "apply filters" there anymore.

I'd leave
- - "new message" / "post to ml"
- - "apply filters"
where they were and probably move "search messages" to "tools".

That would be consistent with KNode (post to group in Article) and Konq 
(find files in Tools).

The rest is actually ok.

Oh, and "Child Folder" is Programmer Speak. Should be "Subfolder" or 
plain "Folder" instead, I guess. Malcom?
