When replying to a mail in KMail, the cursor always appears on the second line, which \
by default is just underneath 'On foo, bar wrote:'. This is not a good place to begin \
replying to the mail; a better place would be either at the top (before the quoted \
text), or at the bottom (after the quoted text), preferably in both cases with a line \
break in between the quoted text and the cursor. It would also be nice if the \
location (before or after) was configurable somewhere.
